hello doctor i did an Ultrasound and here is the result : USS SHOWS BULKY UTERUS WITH A SINGLE GESTATIONAL SAC WITH FETAL POLE WITH EQUIVOCAL CARDIAC PULSATION AND CRL6.4CM IN THE MID CAVITY. LIQUOR VOLUME IS ADEQUATE, INTERNAL OS IS CLOSED, BOTH ADNEXA APPEAR FREE, POUCH OF DOUGLAS IS EMPTY. NO FREE PELVIC COLLECTION SIGHTED, NO CYST, NO FIBROID. Please what is the meaning

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
This means that you are pregnant with a single fetus in uterus with sufficient amount of fluid in cavity which surround fetus.
Heart sound normal no chances of miscarriage i.e. everything is normal .carry on . Good luck.
