Done Widal Test. What Does This Indicate? Done Total Hysterectomy

My widal test shows - Salmonella typhi (TO) - 1:40 Salmonella typhi (TH) - 1:40 salmonella paratyphi (AH) - 1:20 Salmonella paratyphi (BH) - 1:20 what does this indicate Hb- 11.90 Leukocyte-11.00thou/mm3 and Platelets 452 thou/mm3 had total hystersctomy on 28 sept

Dear Neelu,
In widal test we detect trace for typhoid causing organism SALMONELLA , now in INDIA which is endemic area it can also be found in normal person.
so we have to dilute the blood.
FOR TYPHI O-If after more than 80 times dilution (1 ml blood, >80 ml diluent) still organism present then it is diagnosed as typhoid.
FOR TYPHI H- It is >1:120
If you are in India then certainly your result is within normal range.
Normal value of-
Hb-10.5 to 12.5 in female in India
Leukocyte- 4,000-11,000/mm3
platelet- 2.5 lakh to 4.5 lakh
So all the results are within normal range for you.

Hello
Your Widal test is negative as titres are very low.
Hb 11.9 with 11000 leucocytes and 4.52 lac platelet is also normal.
