Done Surgery For Psoriatic Arthritis. X-ray Shows Advanced Neck Arthritis. MRI Results Dependent On Hospital?

i have psoriatic arthritis. I've had surgery in my shoulder, knee and foot. Now my back and neck hurt terribly. I was not able to move my neck last week and an x-ray showed "advanced" arthritis in my neck. i have been ordered an MRI. I asked that it be for my neck and spine. Does it matter what hospital or MRI clinic does the procedure? Am I right to get the whole picture at once? I know that muscle relaxers help the spasms and i have pain medicine for the psoriatic pain. My pain is 24/7. Do you ever do surgery to make the spine better for PSA patients?

In case of psoriatic arthritis, it does not matter from where you get your MRI scan done. All the changes will be evident when you get the complete picture after the scan.
