Done semen analysis. Please explain the report

Quantity-4.6ml, Quality-Thick Opalescent fluid, Reaction- Alkaline(pH 7.8), Liquefaction-25 minutes sperm count-(Normal Morphology) 32 million/ml, Motility-ist hour-High 50% Sluggish 30% non motile-20% 2nd Hour-High 50% sluggish-30% non motile 20% 4th hour- High 45% Sluggish 30% non motile 20% Morphology-75% Normal morphology, 25% abnormal morphology with bulged or round head along with short or long tail PUS cells- 4-6 /hpf Epithelial cells 2-4 /hpf Please explain this report Bikash YYYY@YYYY

hi there, the quantity, motility, morphology all are within normal range. some amount of morphological abnormality is to be expected and is normal. You need not worry about that. According to the new WHO guidelines your semen analysis is in the normal range. Take care.
