Done Pelvic Scan Showing Anteverted Uterus With Homogeneous Echogenicity, Gestational Sac, Cysts, Lesion. Meaning?

Hi, am 28 years old lady, my last period was 11/10/2013. I did pelvic scan which revealed the following.
Scan reveals a non gravid anteverted uterus with homogeneous echogencity and regular border outline. The uterus size measuring 59mm by 29mm by 40mm in lenght. AP thickness and coronal width respectively. Normal endomentrial plate thickness. No intra and extra uterine gestational sac seen. Noted in the left adnexia is a circular hyperehoic cyst measuring 15mm by 14mm in widest diameter. This is taken to be a Follicular Cyst. The right adnexia is relatively free and normal. No other pelvic mass or lesion seen. No free or localised peritoneal fluid collection seen. Moderate fluid in the cul-de-sac. What does this means?
