Done Lumbar Puncture, Still Sore In Spinal Area, Swollen Knee, Left Side Pain

Hi. One question is, I ve had a lumbar puncture and though I m still sore in the spinal area, I ve noticed that my right knee has been swollen for 5 days. I did not injure it. Also, I ve had serious pain in my left side as well, thats been happening for a while, seems to be coming from the sciatic nerve area, which is where my shunt is located.
