Done Ct Angio. What Are The Findings And Required Treatment?

on ct angio my rca -calcified plaque just proximal to acute margin causing mild stnosis -calcium score is 16 -family histry +ve for above 55yrs.no smoking-2yrs-- lipid profile -normal---waking for 30 mints t/t---------------------------medications & lifestyle changes/stenting/cabg---if medications what medicines--

Thanks for writing to HCM.
1. Mild stenosis do not require any treatment (antianginals/ Stenting/CABG), but, only management for risk factors.
2. These involve control of blood sugar/ blood pressure/ cholesterol. No smoking. Stress free lifestyle and daily walk under your doctors supervision.
If you had written that why you underwent CT angio, it would have helped more.
