Done complete blood tests. How can it be interpreted for possible diseases?

hello Doctor? My WBC= 4,400 cu mm; Hematocrit=37 vol %; Hemoglobin=12.2 g/dL; Platelet= 240,000; RBC Count=3,760,000; Segmenters=49 %; Lymphocytes=44%; MCV=99 fL; MCH=32 Pg; MCHC=33g/dL Pls. help interpretes these results in relations to possible sickness or diseases. Thank you very much for your assistance. May God bless all of you and help you in your works helping laymans through out the world.

All the values are within their normal reference range.
