Done Cervix Cautery Surgery. Dark Discharge, Foul Smell. What Is Going On?

Hi - I had cervix cautery surgery on Fri 14th. There was no bleeding in the days after only a watery clearish discharge that has slowly gotten darker. Now I am getting the coffee grounds -like discharge with brownish/reddish watery discharge. I am also suffering from a terrible rotting meat and a sulphury smell - it s VERY embarrassing because if I can smell it - so can everyone around me. What s going on?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
You generally experience light vaginal bleeding and discharge for up to six weeks after this procedure.however there is a small risk of infections after this procedure.
A foul smelling coffee colour discharge clearly indicated infection and local bleeding.
You need to consult your Gynecologist for proper examination and prescription of anti biopics.
There is nothing to worry as this problem should settle soon with proper medication.
Thanks
