Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Creatinine of >5 / urea 178 is severe kidney failure.
Ejection fraction of 15% means advanced heart failure.

Her condition is very serious.
She must be ADMITTED TO A HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY - Nephrologist and Cardiologist must see her.
Delay is dangerous.
Take her to the nearest doctor NOW

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
