Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Dear friend, welcome to HCM.
it says left kidney tumour (RCC-renal cell cancer). the description arouses strong suspicion of a cancerous growth. also liver is enlarged.
it will more testing , scans, urosurgical opinion , staging.
mostly such tumours require nephrectomy (kidney removal) if appropriate on specialists' opinion.
costs vary in India regionally and hospital to hospital. but world class treatments are available here, at Indian costs.
if surgery is needed, costs may be upwards of rs. 1 lac.
my advice would be to seea good urosurgeon at a reputed multispeciality cancer hospital.
take care and pl. keep me posted on the progress.
