Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM
Your seminal culture report tells that you have an infection which could be in the prostate or the seminal vesicle.
This infection is due to bacteria which will respovd to the antibiotics which are mentioned as sensitive. It will not respond to antibiotics which are mentioned resistant.

Thanks ahe take care
