Done IVF For The Second Time And There Was A Brown Discharge. Is There Any Way To Avoid Miscarrying?

I am 35. This is my 2nd ivf. My first ivf failed as I got period during 2ww. For this cycle, I Did my ET (2 healthy embryos) on 30/11 and was on cyclogest twice a day and proluton every 3 days during 2WW. on 13/12 the doctor gave me pregnyl shot and on 14/12 I had my beta hcg test and it was a BFP (298). I continued with cyclogest and proluton. Then on 17/12, I had some brown discharge and it became a blotchy only in the evening once. The blotchy discharge stopped the next day except I can see the light discharge when I wipe. Went to see the doctor and was told I might be getting a threatened abortion (though he saw an irregular rounded shape in my uterus). The discharge was on and off until my last appointment on 20/12 when I did my beta hcg and the result was 159. He said My pregnancy will miscarry and to expect my period next week. Is there any miracle that I might be able be still pregnant?
Thank you for reading and answering my agony.

Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. No THERE ARE NO MIRACLES AS SUCH, pray to god and have hope for the next cycle. Each IVF cycle carries a pregnancy rate of only 35 to 40 %, so best center you might expect just 40%, it even decreases.
Please ask if you have more questions. If you are satisfied, please make sure that your ACCEPT my answer so that I receive credit. Good luck!!
