Hello Taskeen,

Thanks for posting your worries.
The chances of you having retained product after you took the tablet to clean up are high as compared to a D&C. If you started bleeding 1 month again after the miscarriage, it will be difficult to tell if this an abnormal menstruation or incomplete miscarriage.
So, i'll suggest you pay a visit to your doctor right away so that a scan or an ultrasound can be done to find out any retained products which could be responsible for the mild bleeding instead of normal menses. That is sure the safest way to proceed instead of waiting the next cycle without knowing if your uterus is clean or not. In case it is clean, then you just wait for the next cycle again.
I will prefer you see gynobs for this issue.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the query.

After undergoing miscarriage it will take sometime for regularization of hormonal levels. And also blood loss during abortion can cause anemia leading to low blood flow during periods.
Stress and strain due to abortion can also be one cause for abnormal periods.
So you better wait for next period.
Meanwhile increase your hemoglobin level by taking nutritious diet rich in iron. And keep yourself tension free which may help in regularization of periods and in normalizing the flow.
Take care.
