Doing Stiff Leg Deadlifts, Lower Back Hurting, Feels Spinal Pain. What Is This? Hoe To Treat It?
I was doing stiff leg dead lifts and my lower back started to hurt for the next 2 days On the third day it didnt hurt as much so I did power cleans and it didn t hurt until my last rep. When i began squats the pain became unbearable. The pain doesn t feel like a muscle pain, it feels more like it s in the spine. What is it and is there any way I can treat it to get better?

It is spinal muscles spasm and it occurs due to sudden strain in back muscles. I would recommend you to take muscle relaxant like myoril or myospaz. Also take rest and do not bend forward to lift any thing. You can also apply diclofenec ointment. Hot water fomentation will also helps. Avoid
