Dog sprayed by skunk. House smells of it. Pregnancy will be affected?

This is kind of a silly question bu im just a concerned husband. Our dog got sprayed by a skunk right outside of our home and now our whole home smells like it. It is so pungent we will probably have have to have a professional company come to take care of it. We can barely stand to be in our home. Is this going to be harmful to my pregnant wife/the baby?

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

Obnoxious smell can induce nausea / vomiting in a pregnant mother. It can be a concern during pregnancy.

If your wife has no such symptoms, then I think she and the baby will be fine.

Get the professional to rectify the solution as early as possible. And I wish you good luck and your partner a safe pregnancy.
