Dog bite on the arm, no punctures, broken skin or blood, only a bulging vein. Will it subside?

My puppy bit me on the left arm one inch above the wrist . There are no punctures , no broken skin and no blood or anything external, however the vein is bulging just a little but slowly subsiding... will i be ok? do i need to massage that part? am i hemorrhaging inside? at the moment it seems pain,,,, thank you
