hi hello yes, iam a female 40 years old and since yesterday iam noticed that iam having a white discharge with burning and making me unconfortable iam very carefull with my hygiene so i wanted to know if it could be like a yeast infection? iam a busy mother of 3 and no time to go to see my dr unless if serious

Hello,

With your description of white discharge and burning, I would suspect you have a yeast infection.

Other causes are possible, such as bacterial vaginosis, but I think yeast infection would be the most likely.

You can try treating it with over the counter topical clotrimazole, such as Monistat, and if that doesn't clear it, I would see a doctor to try to clearly find the cause at that point.
