Does white discharge inside the penis indicate diabetes ?

i am 45 years old in my pennis i find white dirt like a thing forms and i wash every day but now it is pain full even to wash i am worried i have diabities i am 46 year old male in my pennis i found white dirt stuff i wash every day but now cannot even wash it is pain full i am worried i have diabities.

its due to natural secretion of penis
it can be easily wash away.
what u have is candidial infection.
so dont ignore it
apply clotrimazole cream twice a day.
keep area dry and clean.
get your sugar check first.
we need to rule out diabetics.
