Does Vomiting And Heartburn Mean Barrets Esophagus?

Hi, I am 14 years old, I used to throw up, like not the kind of throw up where I shove my hand down my throat, I used to some how push the food out of my stomache, I have been having heartburn for 3 days, on day 1 I had pizza, day 2, spaghetti, 3 roast beef. Do I have barrets esophagues? Which leads to cancer?
