General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Skin complexion is a genetically determined trait and can not be altered by drugs. Vitamins and antioxidants improve the general health of the skin and you might get an additional glow using these drugs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
