Does Vaginal Prolapse Need Urgent Medical Attention?

I seem to have a prolapsed something hanging down lower than it should in my vagina area. I just discovered this after my shower. Sometimes it seems to go back up and then later it comes back down. There is no pain. Is this serious enough to seek urgent attention, or should I just wait and see my regular doctor on Monday or Tuesday.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having lax pelvic floor muscles and can give rise prolapse of uterus or urinary bladder.
Nothing to worry, consult your Gynaec and get examined.
There is no emergency.
Avoid constipation and increasing intra abdominal pressure.
Ok and take care.
