Does Using Tampons Cause Cramps?
Hi, Sunday I tried a tampon for the first time I was at a waterpark and didn t want not get into water... Anyhow I tried 3 time before I got it right and I could only stay with it for like an hour because I was worried it wasn t right... Now I ve been having cramps since Sunday and I ve taken medication but it didn t help so I m a little worried so I wanted to know if is normal to feel cramps like this

It seems that trying tampon for the first time there might be having some trouble applying tampon might have caused some soreness and minor trauma in vaginal canal might have produce cramps and minor infection as well.
Take anti-inflammatory medicine like ibuprofen, paracetamol combination medicine for 2-3 days.
If problem persisted then consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ok and take care.
