Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Sharing public toilets is safer and HIV won't be transmitted by using it.

HIV transmission is by sexual intercourse with HIV positive partner.

Hepatitis B virus can be transmitted by saliva also (apart from sexual trasmission), but in public bathrooms, touching the door handle won't cause any problem.

Don't think in those terms, don't worry and be happy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
