General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
I read your query carefully.
As per your concern,Heavy menstural bleeding can be a side effect of Copper-T.
I would suggest you to take Tranexamic Acid 500mg twice a day for 3 days during mensturation.
It will give you symptomatic relieve.
But I would Advise you to go for Ultrasound (pelvis). Then consult with Gynaecologist for further treatment.
Hope so it will be helpful.
You can write again in case of any query or follow up.
Wish you Good health.
Regards
