Does Usage Of Potassium Permanganet Solution During Pregnancy Help In Treating Vaginal Itching?
My wife is 23weeks pregnant and has been complaining of itching in and around her vagina, she experienced this with her first born and the doctor prescribed sitting in potassium permanganet solution for 10minutes morning and evening, can she does same with this second experience?

Pottasium permanganate is not a good option while you are pregnant. As of now you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynecologist and plan for a vaginal swab to rule out possible causes like yeast or bacterial vaginosis.
