Does Ultrasound Report Suggest Vaginal Delivery?
Placenta is located in fundo-posterior wall of uterus with grade I maturity during 27 weeks ultrasound report.this is my second issue. First issue is 8 years before and it is cesearian delivery. can this time it is normal condition for vaginal delivery?

The placenta takes the final position after 28 weeks. However, a position of fundo posterior is likely to remain the same and if other factors remain favorable then a normal delivery may be expected. The reason for having a cesarean delivery earlier is not mentioned so I guess it must have been a low lying placenta. Please have a detailed discussion after 34 weeks pregnancy with your doctor and know the feasibility of a normal delivery.
