Does Twinsta Have Side Effects?

My sister has been taking Twinsta (the lower dosage) she has been experiencing excessive flatulence which sometimes results in a small amount of bowel matter escaping. I have told her it could be the medication causing this problem, but she won,t hear of it , am I right or not?

Hi , I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Sir, Twinsta in what ever dosage don't have the side effects you have mentioned.

For the problem she need to take high fibre diet, Vegitable food, and avoid spicy and oily fried foods for some time. Try Itopride HCl 50mg. 1 tab per day. on empty stomach for 1 week. (Avoid this if gastro intestinal bleeding is there.)

If the problem persist then please visit a gastroenterologist and have complete
evaluation.

Hope this answers your query. Thank you
