Does Tuberculosis Spread Through Kissing?

Hey there, I met this girl..she's just the nicest..I feel like we really hit it off. I know she's very caring as only few hours into our conversation . She told me that she has tuberculosis..she has told me that she had coughed up blood afew times. The last time was back in February. It's October now..She has been on treatment for 125 days now . Tomorrow will be 126 days which she tells me is the day of discharge...i really like this girl and I wanna know if it is safe to take our relationship to the next level? Eg. Kissing and being close to each other all the time. Is there anything I could do to prevent contracting.tb myself? Perhaps there is a vaccine or some sort?

First of all Tuberculosis is completely curable. your friend should take the complete course of tuberculosis as directed by a physician for a period of 6-9 months.
Tuberculosis cannot spread through kissing. however it can spread to other person through coughing, If the immune system of other person is weak.
So you should wait until she is completely cured of Tuberculosis, then you could take your relationship to next level.
