Does Tuberculosis During Childhood Cause Bronchogenic Carcinoma In Old Age?

An x-ray I had yesterday showing a right lower lobe pulmonary parenchymal mass with suspected right hilar lymphadenopathy. Bronchogenic carcinoma is diagnosis. I m waiting to have CT scan. I had tuberculosis when I was 6 of 7 years old. I m now 70. Could the showing on the x-ray be from the tuberculosis I had all those years ago? The only symptom I was mildly sore right shoulder.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, pulmonary lesion may not be due to old history of tuberculosis and the only options are CT or MRI imaging with biopsy it may not be malignancy hope this information helps.
