Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
It is possible to have multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDRTB) of any site.
The MDRTB is suspected if there is no response to usual tubercular treatment.
However, diagnosis of MDRTB can only be suspected if the test for MDRTB turn out to be positive.
Thus, wait for the test results of MDRTB.
If the test comes out to be positive, drug sensitivity needs to be done to identify most appropriate anti-tubercular therapy for the infection.

Thanks and take care
