hello and wellcome to healthcare magic ,a person cman die if the blood group is not the same and ofcourse we cannot forget the rh factors,and to inject cancerous cells of a person is just out of reach,and not a wise job to do,take care

Hi well come to Hcm.
In blood cancer abnormal cells are produced in ones owns bone marrow. It can not
be trnasmited by injecting blood.Cancerous cell will die on its own over a period of
time if injected from out side to some body. Thanks
