Presence of chemical in tooth paste can result in some irritation to eye and spread of infection. Watering could be from irritation or infection, better to put ciprofloxacin eye drops prophylactically, 4 times a day for minimum 3 days. If you develop any redness or worsening of symptom consult your doctor.
