General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to tonsillitis which is an infection of the tonsils.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest using a throat spray for antibacterial properties.
Gargling with salty water can help.
If the symptoms continue, you may need antibiotics.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
