Does Tonsillitis Lead To Loss Of Balance?

Hi I have had tonsilitis this week and haev been taking Amoxicillin. i have become very nasally and feels as though I have a heavy cold, I have also started with ringing on my left ear, I know your ENT are all connected but is this normal?, Can this affect balance too because I keep feeling a bit woozy,

It is unlikely related to tonsillitis. Other possible causes like conditions affecting middle ear must be ruled out.
