Does Thoracic Strain With Anxiety Cause Stabbing Pain In Shoulder?
Hello, I am a 30 year old female who has been experiencing severe sharp stabbing like pains in my left shoulder area. Sometimes it feels like the pain is in my chest as well. I went to the ER a month ago where they diagnosed me with a thoracic strain. I suffer from anxiety as well and fear this may be a warning sign to a soon to come heart attack. Please help.

I really appreciate your concern, the chest pain could be due to hyperacidity but it need to be sent for EKG just a routine test else the condition can be well managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day hope this information helps.
