Does These Recent Ultrasound Results Have Anything To Do With Pelvic Pain And Weight Gain?
I am 56, stopped menstrating about 2 years ago and have had 2 Uterine Fibroid Embolizations. Ive been having pelvic pain and weight gain. This is my most recent ultrasound. Myomatous enlarged retroverted uterus with the largest myoma measuring 6.5 x 5.7 x 7 cm. Minimall vascularity within the myoma - 2 lesions on the right ovary one may be just a dominate follicle the other extremely vascular. Cysts measure 3x2.2x1.9 cm and 1.2x1.4x1.4.
You mag be having PCOD which will lead to an increase in weight. pain can be due to fibroid but it will resolve spontaneously as after menopause it happens.
