Does The Ultrasound Result Indicate Chances Of DS?

Hi,My recent visit 37 weeks pregnancy came up with Pyelectasis. The prior ultrasound 13 and 20 weeks did not show anything abnormal. Blood test for DS was negative. I wonder if there is still a chance of having DS? Thank you for your answer Here is the 37 weeks ultrasound result below:Ultrasound, Ob, Trimester 3           Position: Vertex                       Placenta Location: Anterior                       Placenta Grade: 2                       Afi: 14.5cm                    Other: EFW 3016g, 49th%tile. Bilateral Kidney pelviectasis: Rt Kidney- 1.2cm, Lt kidney 1cm (Left kidney hard to visualize due to positioning & shadowing). Bladder full & AFI WNL FHR 128 bpm

Diagnosed in late pregnancy, risk of DS is very low.
Proper evaluation of the baby is possible only after birth.
