General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello ma'am and welcome.

All the findings are completely normal ma'am, there seems to be a slight delay in growth and development as per the gestational age and ultrasound comparison, but this usually normalises, so let us give it some more time. There are absolutely no abnormalities seen or observed otherwise. Write back to me with the report of the next ultrasound investigation and we should have more conclusive results.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
