General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to a reactive lymph node.
I suggest to use anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
If she has a fever and the symptoms continue for several days you may start a cycle of prescription antibiotics such as Augmentin.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
