do not listen what people say, size of abdomen depends on your body structure, if you are tall, your abdomen will not bulge much, and if you are short,it will bulge more.
if you are confused, hearig people, you consult your gynac and from sonography exact condition of baby can be known

Hi Rucha, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
May be you have Oligohydramnios which means the Amniotic Fluid fluid surrounding your baby is less. What does your scan report say? If it is confirmed drink plenty of water and go for regular follow up. It affects the Fetal growth and can cause Premature Rupture of Membranes (PROM).
Good Luck.
