Does the presence of pus cells in semen cause abortion ?

I have had two missed abortions. The first one was an empty sac and the second one there was no heart beat found in fetus. We have done some tests like TORCH, semen analysis etc. and found just one abnormality i.e. puss cells 8 -10 found in semen. Can this be a cause to my missed abortions? My age:29, Female

Pus cells in semen may not cause recurrent abortions. It is usually caused by chromosomal disorders, certain infections like Bacterial vaginosis, Syphilis, clotting disorders like Anti-phospholipid syndromes. You could be having hormonal disorder like Luteal phase deficiency as well. It is best to get your hormones evaluated and also tested for the above conditions.
