Does The Orcerin Has Any Side Effects On Long Term Usage?

recently i have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis and doctor has advised me to take orcerin GM and osteoboost for 2 months .I am 53 Male . Pls let me know what is effectiveness of this medicines to OA and is there any side effects of these medicines . Also tell me is it the right medecines ?

Composition of Orcerin GM:Diacerein     50 mg,Glucosamine     750 mg,
Methyl Sulfonyl Methane     250 mg.
Uses:
Anti-inflammatory agent, prescribed for osteoarthritis and chronic inflammatory arthritis.
Side effects:
Composit side effects of Orcerin GM :
Loose motions, epigastric pain, nausea, vomiting. Discoloration of urine, skin allergy rarely occurs.
Headache, Skin rashes, Heart burn, Epigastric pain, Tenderness.
bloating, headache, fatigue, insomnia, and difficulty concentrating, Pruritus or a sense of itchiness.
