Does The Low Sodium Levels And High Potassium Dangerous In A Insomnia Patient?

I have low sodium and getting lower. It s 128 now and elevated k but don t know level. I am looking for endocrinologists. There are many in birmingham al but my GYN doesn t like any of the ones she knows. I do love light beer and know I need to cut down on it. Also been taking NSAIDs for over ten or 15 or 20 yrs. mostly Celebrex. Have sjogrens my doc thinks. Dry mouth!!!! And generalized itching with no rashes. I take many meds..... Cymbalta roboxin 750 bid salagen. At night I also take zanaflex 2-4 mg klonopin 1 mg 2 Neurontin Still have prob with insomnia. Tired chronic pain. Help.

NA and K are electolytes. there are everywhere in our body. disturbances in them leads to many problem including insomnia/
but in ur case there are possible other reason for insomnia
first u have to think about ur chronic pain
amitriptiline 25 mg is better option for both pain and insomnia
hows ur mood ?
if u have suffering from depression than u have to treat them first thn insomnia will automatically resolved
serteraline 50 mg along with diazepam 5 mg is useful at bed time to conrol insomnia and depressed mood
do regular exercise and meditation
avoid day time nap
avoid alcohol tea coffe soft drink before 5 hours of sleep
avoid heavy meal in evening
