Does The Implant Cause Weight Gain?
i am 28yrs, had my 3rd child over a year ago and had a birth control implant put in soon after giving birth(jadelle implant). i've put on over 15kg since then,and havent been able to loose any weight.i am active,work out 6-10 hrs every week. could my problem be related to the implant?

Yes, Jadelle does have weight gain as its side effect but it cannot be the sole cause for your weight gain. Check your thyroid and sugar levels. Keep doing what you are doing for weight loss. Take fiber rich diet and drink plenty of water, reduce carbohydrates. It will help reducing the weight.
