Does The Follicular Study Show Chances Of Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor,In the follicular study prescribed by my (Age:27) doctor over the last 3 cycles, found that right ovary developing large follicle on all three occasions. Details follows. Study Cycle: 1st Date of study: 17/10/2011 Day: 23 Right Ovary: Larges follicle: 18 mm, Study Cycle: 2nd Date of study: 11/11//2011 Day: 21 Right Ovary: Larges follicle: 18 mm, Study Cycle: 3rd Date of study: 30/11/2011 Day: 12, Endometrial Thickness: 9.6 mm, Right Ovary: Larges follicle: 18 mm, Left Ovary: Multiple small follices, Pouch of Douglas: Clear Study Cycle: 3rd Date of study: 1/12/2011 Day: 13, Endometrial Thickness: 11.6 mm, Right Ovary: Larges follicle: 20 mm, Left Ovary: Multiple small follices, Pouch of Douglas: Clear I'm on the below medications:1.Microgest 200 before menstruation 2.Fertyl 50 twice a day X 5, from the Day 1 of menstruation 3.Metformin 500 SR twice a day 4.On Day 12 of this cycle, I was given injection My husband's (Age:36) semen analysis: 50millions/ml, was commented by doctor as having good motility and morphology.Please answer whether I am on right track towards motherhood.Thanks a lot,Regards, Saraswati Srijith

Hi, I have gone through your question. Yes , in my opinion, you have optimal conditions for conception. The follicle size is good ( 20 mm) and you might have been given hCG injection to assist follicular rupture. The endometrial thickness seems to be adequate and your husband' s semen analysis is normal.
I suggest you to follow your doctor's advice, have timed intercourse around ovulation and take medicines as advices.
