Does The Child Not Using Left Arm For Crawling Indicate That It Hurts?

Hi my 14 month old child has stopped using her right arm when crawling, she will not put any weight on it, I am not aware of any accident to the arm. She is using the arm though to pick things up, turn pages in her book and lightly uses it when pulling herself up. She does not have any brusing or swelling and I can squeese and turn her arm around without complaint. If she attempts to crawl on it, it appears to hurt her. I have been giving her neurofen should I take her to a doctor.
