Does The Alcohol Consumption Affect The Efficiency Of Nordette?

I took Nordette as an emergency contraceptive. I drank beer afterwards. Will this affect the efficacy of the drug? Does this mean I should take 8 pills again with a 12-hr interval? Also, I have cough and colds. Can I take cough and colds medication with Nordette? Thank you.

Hi,
There are no information about alcohol hampering effect of Nordette . So you need not repeat the dose
Nordette aggravates cold/cough ,in some persons. But the cold & cough drugs can be taken with Nordette.
