General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is not a known side effect of this medication. Persons react to medications differently but this medication is not known to have any effect on growth.

It does not affect the levels of growth hormone or any of the other hormones that may play a role in growth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
