yes i have a very important question Im 20 years old, im 5'0 tall,my medical history is fine. I have a qusetion about my boyfriend when he was in high school he use to play football and he didnt wear his cup because he said that it was unconfortable and he said that eersince then his left testicle is smaller then the right one i wanna know can that effect us having kids?

Since we both do not know about the exact size of the testes and history of trauma I would suggest you to ask him to go for the following tests:
*Clinical examination by an Urologist / General Surgeon.
*Ultrasonography and color doppler study of scrotum
*Semen analysis
